These terms cover how Techamoment works, what the report is and is not, pricing, and the limits of our responsibility. Using the Service means you accept them.
1. What Techamoment is
−In very simple terms, Techamoment is a paid, on-demand product-strategy tool. You submit your product and one competitor product, and we generate a report comparing them and suggesting what to do next.
2. Nature of the report
+Reports are informational and advisory only. They are generated using a combination of intelligence layers and real human input. These reports are based on a skeleton of publicly available information about the products you submit. We do our best to be accurate and useful, but the report is not professional, financial, legal, or investment advice, and we do not guarantee any specific result, ranking, or outcome. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on a report.
3. Pricing & payment
+The Service is a once-off payment of US$15 per report (or the discounted amount shown if you apply a valid coupon), processed securely via reputable payment gateways. Prices may change from time to time. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that purchase.
4. Reruns
+Because each report is generated and delivered digitally on demand, sales are generally final once a report has been produced. If a technical fault on our side prevents your report from being delivered, we will re-run your report and deliver it as indicated. To raise any problems with delivery of your report, email hello@techamoment.com.
5. Acceptable use
+Submit only legitimate, publicly accessible product pages you are entitled to analyse. Do not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
6. Intellectual property
+The report we deliver is for your own business use. Techamoment retains all rights in the platform, its methodology, branding, and software. Products and brands analysed remain the property of their respective owners; we analyse only public information.
7. Liability
+To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techamoment is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on a report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that report.
